The Maemara Bean Chairs I ordered arrived today and are perfect for my (still very much under construction) playroom. Additionally, I cant say enough good things about my experience with The Big Beanbag company! The website is so crystal clear about timing, process and shipping, which made it easy to figure out how to best time my purchase with my recent move. I left a note in my order to make sure they didn't arrive at the house before I did (since the previous tenants were still here).... and one of the founders personally reached out to me say he would ensure the chairs would not beat me to the new house (they did not), which so clearly demonstrated how committed the team is to customer experience. I got additional notices when the bean bags went into manufacturing and when they shipped. They arrived in clearly recycled boxes, and are sturdy and beautiful. I am so pleased that my three-year-old now has a cute, comfortable, safe, environmentally-friendly seating option down in his playroom (in his favorite color - yellow).

Dear David and your team Thank you so much for such wonderful service yesterday, when I ordered your bio foam refill bags to make a new bean bag for my second dog's (a new puppy) bed. I was keen to get it by the following day and you didn't hesitate in helping make sure that happened. It arrived only 20 minutes ago and already the inner bag is made and filled. Thanks again! Everything about my experience with this company was above and beyond. I didn't know how much fill we needed and the team went out of their way to help us, filling the bag on site. Great enviro product and great service!

The customer service at The Big Beanbag Company is second to none. I had some issues with defective delivery of my beanbag (for which the company was not responsible) and was very impressed with the lengths the company went to to resolve these; I was even sent a little present by way of apology. I'm pleased to say the Big Beanbag Company went above and beyond to help me and that everything was very efficiently taken care of. I'm sure that I'm now going to love my new beanbag!

Love our new bean bags! Highly recommend this company and product. Great service, staff were really accommodating and helpful. So happy to be supporting an environmentally conscious business- I love that the thread is made from re-used plastic bottles!
