Keltek, once again, maybe my fourth or fifth time in 15 years, came out on a Bank account/AA recovery contract and delivered my car to my preferred garage 20 miles away on a cold wet Friday night. Miles, the driver, was very careful including recording photos all around my car so that any extra possible damage could be accounted for. Even though they have recently (2019 I think) been bought out by another firm the service is still very good. Thoroughly recommended.

No longer in Kelly Bray they moved to landrake 3 years ago didn't find them very helpful at all was told they was going to use hi ab to recover my car and they didn't and in doing so caused structural damage to my car after a macanic already looked at car. Meaning my car was a right off unnecessarily

Zak came to recover us from Bodmin on Friday (11/11/22). Our breakdown recovery is with RAC who used this company to recover us. Although the service we received from RAC was awful, Zak was so helpful and very sympathetic of our situation and even asked us to keep him updated on the remainder of our journey back to Bristol. He helped us as much as he possibly could and kept our spirits bright and kept us smiling even after waiting almost 6 hours to be rescued (through no fault of Keltek). He really is a credit to this company and is a truly lovely person. Thank you so much Zak!

Tuesday 4th October, I broke down in Looe, and needed to be recovered, Thank God for people like Zak, a real credit to the company, from calling the AA to Zak arriving, we waited 90 mins, Zak was professional from the moment he arrived to the moment he dropped us off in Launceston, an hours drive away, keeping us entertained along the way with great conversation.

Brake down situation I was warned that it was a long wait time by my break down provider so when I received the most welcome call from Zak that he was on the way I was cold and cheeky enough to ask if he could pick me a coffee on the way he he arrived I was transferred to his cab to find requested coffee and heat he kept me informed about every aspect of the recovery even warning me the wheel might fall off while loading I don't think he was ready for my sense of humour when it did he was polite informative and friendly the whole time car was safely delivered to garage then I was safely delivered to my house he is a credit to your company thank you Zak
