        Eric Dustin is 1st class surveyor who has saved us much heartache and costs twice, once when he warned us about asbestos without even doing a survey and again when he did a survey which showed serious problems. If you need a surveyor I would go to Eric first.

Most importantly he stuck with us through the next steps in terms of further investigations and assessing the risks to the property through the transaction. I would highly recommend him to others looking for a surveyor in the south west.
