Was on the phone to the guy just now and he just disconnected me. Clearly because he didn't know the answer to my question. All I wanted was a quote. Told me to go online to get it cheaper. Went online, couldn't find it mentioned it to him and he disconnected me. Rude. He was quite rude too. Definitely not spending my money there. You need to trainer your staff better. Called at 1st November 2021. @ 14.31

Really pleased with Brandon tool Hire, never had to hire machinery before but Shane talked me through all the steps and really looked after me going above and beyond to help. Delivery driver was also really helpful too. Very impressed and would highly recommend.

Absolut joke of a place. I rented a sander and some dust bags from them and while they did deliver the sander on time they did not deliver all the dust bags I ordered. Fair enough. Everyone makes mistakes. They initially promised they would deliver them on the same day but that ended up being the next day. Moreover they delivered them at the wrong address. Upon pick up, after waiting for them half a day they decided not to show up. No apologies no nothing. I am still in possession of the sander taking up space in my living room.
