Wanted to buy a bottle of prossecco and surprise when you open the fridge,an alarm start at the very top!apparrently for thief!!!idiotic system that make you feel like you are the thief! The frozen section was missing one third!excellent for the sale!!! Bought rice 2 or 3 weeks ago and today has gone up by 95%! Outrageous! Will shop at waitrose from now on!

Colleague name is rose store number 2789 she is very rude I was in self checkout I can't find the lemon where is it I asked for help she said I can't help you because you didn't wear the mask i told her is not covid restrictions she said o you west the time I need to help others customer I was so sad it's really bad customer service
