The worst experience I have ever had! The lady who presented herself as a Manager at the coffee shop on 54-60 York Wy, London N1 9AB was very nervous and rude. She was very loud and aggressive. Her behaviour was very unprofessional. She refused to serve me and she gave me a drink which I have never ordered. Thanks to her I was not able to use my subscription in the next 30 minutes. She needs to get some training. She asked for my nationality which is not right. I will never come back at this place until this "manager" works there!

I ordered via Just Eat and grossly disappointed, dry stale pastries, sandwiches soggy and definitely not kept in the fridge, requested refund for the poor items from Just Eat and they refused the refund. This pret used delivery apps to ship old produce with no right for the customer to get a refund. Absolutely appalling. I buy from Pret on a regular bases and never had experienced this level of poor standards. Avoid!!
