Central Station

We checked out one day earlier because of a personnal issue and informed the manager. He said we would get a refund if we send our train tickets via mail. So we sent the tickets through mail the day after we left, but then suddenly they stopped responding and now they are saying they never recieved the tickets. They were also very rude. They are just lying now to keep our money. I have never had such a bad experience in any b&b, literally shocking. Also the building and rooms are very old and dirty, needs renovation. Our bathroom had little black hairs on the floor, room was noisy because of thin windows and there was a green exit light at night in the room which was very annoying. AVOID!

This hotel bar is the worst place to spend a night at all the workers there are extremely racist especially the manager! They steal your money and waste your time lying to you its the last place youd ever want to stay at and last people youd ever want to trust!! Dont rely on these people.. theyre customer service is outrageous on another level and if theyre not satisfied with what your saying or cant handle the truth theyll just end the phone on your face!! Worst experience ever in my life!!!!!
