        I lived at a Smart Rent apartment for 4 years - do I need to say anything else? Daniel is an amazing property manager and very helpful and supportive individual to deal with. All maintenance issues were always addressed and resolved promptly. I just moved out and got my deposit back within a couple of days. Thank you team! I highly recommend renting with this agency.

        Lived in a flat managed by Smart Rent for the past 3 years and I can honestly say that it was a very good experience. Anybody who ever lived in London knows how tricky it could be to find an honest and reliable agency. I can say that I have been lucky to find Smart Rent. Any possible issues in the house were always fixed and my deposit got back to me within the pre-established timeframe. I especially want to thank Daniel for being a great property manager!

        I confirmed to have a view and waited for in front of the property. One employee there made no show. What a professional attitute. Please retrain your stuff. Horrible.
