    I am so glad I have found this PT !!! He has such specialist knoweldge which has helped with rehabilitation of my injuries so that I can start to train and set goals again. He has many many years of experience which shows through the professional quality service he provides. He has a very lovely non judgemental nature which has made me feel very comfortable and has helped boost my confidence and elevated my fitness journey to the next level which I would not have been able to do it without him constructing the right plan for me. I have had many PTs in the past whose knowledge has been superficial and limited and does not compare to the knowledge and quality Vincenzo has - I will never waste money with another PT again! I cannot recommend Vincenzo enough !!!!

    A very good and qualified trainer who gives lots of workout and nutrition advices. All the programs (nutrition and sports) are tailored to your own needs and change regularly for a better effect. Vicenzo is kind, caring and listening - and very professionnal when it comes to past physical injuries. Would recommend to anyone in the area!

    My experience with Vincenzo has been amazing. He was able to teach me a lot about nutrition and help me create a healthy meal plan. The training plan that he created was specific to my body and fitness goals, which I have been able to achieve with his support. I would definitely recommend anyone that wants to achieve great fitness results, and learn how their body works to go to him.

    I have reached out to Enzo 6 weeks postpartum. I knew that forth trimester after giving birth is key and critical at the same time. The body and mental of new mom are going through what are probably the biggest lifes changes and - most of the time - challenges. Having been a gymnast when I was younger and trained pretty much all my life, it was important for me physically and mentally to get back on training. That being said I knew it was critical to do it right, to not damage permanently my body that was still going through an intense healing phase. Therefore, it was essential to have the right support and knowledge, to adapt specifically a training program. That is exactly what Enzo did and beyond! Nonetheless I got a tailored program, with adapted increased intensity over the weeks, I also got to learn a lot about my own body thanks to the pre-assessment, things I never realised despite my years of training. Additionally, I got to try new techniques Ive never tried before that were very targeted, efficients (no to say tough but in a good way), but soft enough for my body. Finally, outside of being an exceptionally skilled and knowledgeable trainer, Enzo was also very friendly and enthusiastic, and got me very excited for each of my session (which is not easy with a 2 months old baby not sleeping). I would definitely recommend Enzo to anyone who want a targeted approach and results thanks to training.

    I have been training with Enzo for nearly a year and he always works with you as an individual, your needs nit just a set program. I have only trained online, but his attention to detail is exceptional, even over the screens. He sets exercises that have pushed my body into different muscles that I didn't even know I could have! I am so pleased with my flexibility, strength and progress so far I only wish I had followed the diet plan since the beginning. Better late than never as I am doing it now, Enzo understands that you need time to adjust and then only if you want to, he has a very gentle, positive, supportive and fun approach to teaching and progressing you for YOU!
