Worst letting agency Ive had the unfortunate experience of dealing with over 6 years of renting. Slow to respond, cant answer basic questions, often feels like theyd never done really basic things before. Avoid at all costs

I booked a viewing for a flat, initially I was given the wrong address, I guess to lower the chances for me to find out that the flat was in front of a prison. On top of that, the advert said that the flat had 2 bathrooms, and showed 2 different pictures of the bathrooms, but then during the viewing there was only one bathroom. Not professional at all. Waste of time

Been waiting for our holding deposit back for months now and everytime we try to get it back they block us and dont get back to us!! scammers and liars! never use this letting agency

Organised a viewing for a certain time and date. Somehow they forgot to confirm it on their system and then no one turns up for the viewing. Poor experience

Shocking customer service - shocking phone attitude. Worst estate agents I have dealt with so far. Viewing was cancelled multiple times without warning. Customer service agent was rude on the phone and the apologised for being rude, but then went on to AGAIN cancel viewing. I literally had to repeat my email address 4 times to them because they were not listening. There isn't even a phonetic similarity between hotmail and yahoo. they sound so different how can people get that wrong 4 times???!! anyway.. shocking experience with them. will never use these guys again
