Healios

My son had his ASD assessment with Healios. We had a good experience with the two lovely ladies who we spoke with. They were thorough and explained things in a clear and concise manner. Being able to have the assessment done from the comfort of our own home made my son more comfortable than if it was in a setting face to face, the staff were able to see most of the difficulties I had expressed in the forms. The service was brilliant and the diagnosis was sent and all written clearly so I was able to process and understand and they also gave us recommendations for things going forward. I would highly recommend this service to anyone seeking an assessment for their child. Thank you Healios :)

I can't comment on the service itself; however, as a recruiter I don't think Healios is a disability friendly at all! My recent application was turned down with no specific reason, after I was open about my Neurodivergent profile in my supporting statement. I was aware that this particular job was very competitive, but I do believe that thanks to my skills and experience I did fully meet the criteria for it.

Clinicians are amaizing and lovely cant fault them at all. I've never known to have so many difficulties contacting a private company by phone, I missed an appointment on Tuesday for my daughter, as she was not well and our Internet went down, it's now Friday and there is still no one answering the phones.
