Worst branch in London, customer service is poor and have no clue what to do in a situation, and they keep losing items, in the matter of a month, they have lost 2 orders Ive made for next day delivery, and had to call more then 48 hours later to be told that the item are missing, this has happen to me more then 5 times with orders over 100. This is false advertising, and poor service. Be aware people of this branch, you might not get your order and they wont tell you.
