All good except the opening hours which are not feasible for someone who has a full-time job. Unlike other branches, this place is not open until 11pm but closes at 8pm SHARP. There should be at least a 15min cool off period. My train was late today. I got to the unit 4min past 8pm and obvs couldn't gain access. Had to come back home, and now I need to do the same journey again tomorrow at 7am. I just lost 3hrs of my life.

Terrible service! I asked the staff Can I vacate my unit on 16th of september? Because my contract is ending 14th of september. He said you could send us an e mail several days ago and we would help you. After the mail they said we couldnt help and you should have told us 14 days ago. Just for 2 days I paid all month. Also after the rain they said check your items because of the flood. Thats horrible! Its not safe.

You do not actually have access outside of business hours. Also make sure you end your contract early because they require something like a 14/15 day notice so you may get stuck paying for more than you need. Otherwise, no issues.

The worst service to exist. They only care about taking your money, then there are changes to your storage where they get rid of a reception and no communication on their behalf. I cancelled my contract and went elsewhere.
