        More chance of 'Bob the builder' showing up. Have been back and forth with Tower Hamlets homes and this grossly incompetant company. Balcony flooding every day since August 2021 and after last nights heavy rain, the property below my apartment had their ceiling collapse due to heavy flooding in my balcony!! The worst contractors ever!

        Terrible service. No one turns up for jobs booked and long wait to get answers on telephone. No one even calls to book jobs raised by council.

        Absolutely terrible. No shows for emergency appointments and then no answer when you try to call them! On the rare occasion they do show up youre faced with rude contractors who offer a temporary fix.
