        Rude & unprofessional service. The agent arrived 40 minutes after the property viewing time with little communication and no explanation or apology. Wasted over 2 hours of my day travelling to and from the property and waiting around. Avoid.

        I have been renting a flat with Daniel Ford for a couple of months now and they have been outstanding. Very good good customer service and always approachable. Id like to pay particular attention to agent Makan who helped me secure this property and agent Ayo who made sure the property was to the correct standard (heating etc). Both agents were excellent, very professional and easy to reach. I would certainly recommend Daniel Ford to others.
