Super Laundry

This is my local laundrette, however, I can never use it as the laundrette has contracts with hotels which means there is never a free washing machine to use! Not a laundrette for the community, a laundrette for corporate businesses to use. Such a shame. Update Feb 2023 - it's now closed to the public. So we have a laundrette in a community that cannot be used by residents living in the area.

Use to love this place was the best in London. But now they are too busy with commercial work, they turned me away until Friday and today is Tuesday morning. Id recommend going to a cheaper location if youre not going to be customer facing - super disappointing wont be back. They even had the guts ti tell me to take my massive bag of laundry 12 mins walk away ti a competitor

RACIST! I had the worst experience coming here. I came in the early afternoon to ask a staff the pricing and she was lovely and polite. I came back in the evening with my clothes and a slim woman who was of east European descent was being extremely rude and disrespectful to me. I politely asked her for prices and asked her what size my load was but she was being unbelievably rude for no reason, completely unprovoked. She was being nice to other customers but she was being extremely disrespectful with her facial expressions and telling us to look at the board for prices when I simply asked her how much my load would cost. I am completely shocked at this behaviour, especially more so because she was on the phone while serving me and made me feel so uncomfortable with her micro aggressions. EDIT: the owners response is a lie. I know this because the shop is still open. I went there yesterday and today! What kind of a manager responds like this. Disgusting. I presented no aggression I was kind throughout. The lady serving me had attitude issues. You need to apologise.

New owners, shuts at 4pm. Central London. When most people work till 5pm. Pointless laundromat. Shame old owners gone. Used to be great. Wont be back again. UPDATE AS OWNER REPLIED. Ok but update google maps temporary hours. I walked in heat for 20min to be rejected at door. And I self serve anyway so apart from taking payment in my case staff not really needed. And at least have one late start late night so office staff can use facilities. 4pm is really pointless. Also staff explained none of this and reason or any compassion just blunt pointed me at times on door when I said it used to be open till 8pm

I arrived on foot with 2 bags of laundry plus 1 hour before it closed, they were using all the machines. I had to leave. I had time to do 2 machines at the same time
