I made an appointment online and paid a deposit. After waiting outside for 15 minutes, the receptionist arrived and opened the shop. The lady called the stylist many times she did not answer, after 40 minutes and a promised reduction in the full price she rescheduled for the two days later. The morning of my second appointment I received a call from the same receptionist letting me know that she could not contact the stylist and would have to rearrange. I asked for my deposit back and was assured it would be refunded. One week later I called and text and then received a message asking for my bank details, I would receive my refund. Two weeks later no refund ..... I called back many times and was ignored. then called on withheld number, she answered. I then received a refund!!!! Don't bother! The only reason I received a refund is because I had the receptionists personal number and kept calling.

STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCARRED FOR LIFE! See you in court updated- Everyone please do not deal with her. Her stylist have sewn into my forehead and damaged my hair and refused to acknowledge it. I have got my solicitor involved, took her to court which she didn't even turn up. Got County court judgment and she folded the company to avoid paying me. Monique are you going to pay for the damage? Shame on you!
