I was an employee at this company that had potential to be be great, for customers and employees. But couldn't manage either. I think you'll notice the negative feedback on here is literally about management. No surprise. They employed quite a few very young people (young foreign women) and had male management from foreign countries with way worse English and manners than us. They would scream and shout at us red in the face bc they were drinking or showed up drunk (as you can see, in front of customers even) we did our very best every single time, but had no real management and were barely treated like people sometimes. We served lovely speciality coffee and great food mostly, but it was extremely hard to do this under this terrible abuse and pressure. In what world is it ok for a male mangager to scream at a their 17-19 year old female employees to the point where at least 1 goes home in tears every day? Boycott this place.

Reviewing the company... they deny bottled water tot their kitchen staff (providing smelly tap water), then they will refuse to pay salary for months (as much as they can stall even with ACAS intervention). Therefore, I am have reported them for attempt of modern slavery, many hospitality companies rely on employees being unaware of how they can claim their rights. So yes, avoiD Green&Fortune venues at any cost, they treat staff like rubbish
