Had the pleasure of dealing with the guys on the trade counter. Very professional indeed. There were 2 guys. The one serving me was very accomadating and put up with my demands for keeping the cost down while giving me the impression he knew exactly what he was doing. Very impressed. As for the 2nd guy he was serving another customer but made it his job to be bright and engaging. He was the younger of the 2 but was also very proffessional. Top marks boys.
