        Had a terrible experience. Went to do my laundry (self service less than 3kg of load). They originally told me the service would be less than 10 pounds but when I went to pick up the laundry, the worker kept shaking his head at me when I saw me walk in. It was incredibly rude. I asked, why are you shaking your head? He said I was late. I apologized and said I arrived late because I had work. Then when I paid, they told me it was 10 pounds. 6 pounds for the washer (which was only 30 minutes plus they provided detergent), and 4 pound for the dryer (an hour). An incredibly unpleasant and pricey experience. Would never go there in my life.
