Kings Cross Dry Cleaning

I have been using the tumble dryers in this laundrette for a few months now. Due to my local laundrette closing business to the public. Its very nice to be able to pop in to use the dryers. Price is reasonable. 1 for ten minutes. The gentleman who works here is very nice and friendly. We really need to keep supporting our local businesses, most are family run. Dryers hot and always someone there for change which is handy. Been going to the shop for a while when I first moved and then came back into the area! Prices have gone up though. So costs a little more to dry and wash now.

I've been taking my suits & shirts for cleaning for 1+ year now. The last couple of times, the suit wasn't cleaned properly and the armpits needed a bit more attention. The last time, one of the (very polite) employees told me that they'll do it again for free, which they did. I went and collected it today - suit still kinda smelly, I mentioned it- and a different employee (not as polite) told me that 'It is normal for the suit to be smelly because they use biochemicals'. I argued but we couldn't agree. That is not normal in my opinion, suits need to be completely clean and be smell-free - they just lost a loyal customer. Good luck 2* for the 1 employee who was nice, otherwise it'd have been 1*. Finally the shirts often have wrinkles, but I was tolerant about that.
