Terrible experience here getting PCR tests after travel. We had an appointment time booked but still had to wait in a long line going outside the door with lots of other people. If youre booking a PCR test, Id advise a different service.

This is a report about just one of this business practices, "business" being the operative word, bent on accumulating masses of money rather than being a friendly locally-built surgery that actually bothers about it's patients. Multiple 1*s and still not closed down???? Things change about us, as we get older we get more illnesses. Being with his surgery just under a year, last night I realised I would've been healthier and safer if I'd have been a patient of Dr Shipman. True Fact. At a lesser have a health matter, I asked the surgery for a letter to send off for my PIP claim, for many debilitating illnesses (which have got so much worse since I've been with Surgery) last September, I chased in October when the letter should've been there, to be told it will be sent that day, now in January 2019 it has still not arrived. The case is now closed and I will lose almost 500 a month, awaiting a tribunal which will be in 2020. And on an extremely important health matter it's 99% possible I have a melanoma, I called to speak to the doctor at the surgery Friday 4 weeks ago and absolutely nothing has been done, now with this particular melanoma states 7 weeks to live after its found. Absolutely nothing has been done by the surgery yet again, continual promised doctors visits don't ever happen, never happen, all they are good at giving out my weekly painkillers? No, Even that's not done correctly, it should be 100 tablets per prescription when it's only 50, and it's always a day late. This surgery is absolutely horrendous. It's not an individual local practice, it's part of a big company where all they care about is money, not us. Time to move on..
