        My family traveled from Paris to London on the Eurostar June6, 2019. The travel was great and very easy to get from Gare du Nord to St Pancras. However, please be advised that the visitor travel cards they sell on the Eurostar have very high fees (most of which are described as a deposit erroneously). We were surprised to find out that there is no deposit and we simply grossly overpaid for the London travel card while on board. Wait and purchase your travel card at St Pancras upon arrival and you will save a lot. The travel card sale is the reason for the low rating.
