        The restroom was out of service but the worst was the lady in the cashier named Gakpen, she was super rude. Bad experience today at Starbucks!

        Asked for soya milk in coffee and realised when drinking it that it was semi skimmed. Got a replacement with no apology And was laughed at when I asked was that all he was going to say/do?? a simple sorry would have done. Unsatisfied and more hoping this wouldnt happen to anyone else I told the member of staff I ordered from what had happened I was told I didnt order Soya milk Wow! Ill give her this I was impressed she remembered exactly what everyone ordered in the busy place Wrongly but she seemed convinced Be careful folks (again I was just looking for, at least, a oh sorry! ) ***AVOID*** this place if you want good customer service!
