Disappointed!! Usually buy from here regularly. However we have just ordered, and the delivery arrived missing our Prawn crackers, which we absolutely love. I called to ask about them, and was told they must have fallen out the bag. The delivery from hot wok caledonian road, is always in a bag tied up, as was this delivery, tonight. There is no way it could have fallen out!!!! I asked if they could drop them back, was told no, they have other deliveries to make, they will give us some more free crackers next time. Your top priorty should be customer service, which you have failed on this occasion. We have ordered from here, for years, each time at least 50 , but feel that they couldn't really care about our custom. Which we will now be taking elsewhere.
