Being new to bikes and just signed up for a sprint tri, I didn't know much about what I was looking for. Ash and Urban Cycology took all the time to talk me through options and had a variety of bikes to choose from to suit my budget. I am very grateful for their time and guidance and check-ins after my purchase. I would definitely recommend!

Great selection of different road bikes in very good conditions. I had limited experience with road bikes but the staff was super helpful and took their time to let me try different cycles and explain differences between them

Amazing service from Ash. He was super informative and helpful. The shop has a large variety of bikes, all in good condition.There's a lot to choose from and they have all the accessories you'd ever need!

Bought a great bike from these guys - unfortunately the bearings went 4 months later (could never have been predicted at point of purchase) but they were v helpful, easily contactable and quickly agreed to take my bike in to sort it out - and because of their warranty I only paid 50% of the cost. Now my bike is perfect again- and I would highly recommend these guys if looking for a decent 2nd hand bike!
