        I've used XERO for a few years. In that times they have increased price a number of times and during Covid refused to give my business any dispensation when times were hard

        If I could give zero stars, I would. No customer service skills at all. I did a trial and found it wasn't what I was looking for, so contacted the support team to confirm the cancellation of the trial and to confirm it wouldn't charge me. After a long, overly complicated process they finally confirmed the cancellation. A few weeks later, the trial came to the end, and you guessed it, they charged me anyway. Really disappointed, their "support" was time-wasting, unhelpful and made me lose complete confidence in the service they are offering. Wouldn't recommend at all.
