Our daughter has a wide range of the ponies and accessories and loves them all. Excellent quality products with additional information booklets and a large box that turns into Stables added into the order. Lovely attention to detail. Thank you very much to this brilliant company x

As much as we love the products the customer service is absolutely shocking! Takes days to get a reply to an email and am still waiting for an order that was supposed to be next day delivery, a week later and still no parcel! Dont have time to constantly send chaser emails to get a reply Ive been made to feel like a hinderance constantly emailing for an update when if they just replied to me I wouldnt have an issue. Looking through the reviews looks like its a common occurrence with crafty ponies.

Products are fine, if a little overpriced for what they are but customer service is shocking. I ordered in December not expecting Christmas delivery but wanting the order in ready for January. On 4th January, when the business re-opened, I received a dispatch note with a Royal Mail 48hour tracking number. After 4 days with the tracking showing as the parcel not received by Royal Mail I contacted the company only to be told that the item had been out of stock and would I like it sent out when it comes into stock this afternoon. I get that stock around Christmas is fast changing, I also get that straight after the holidays things take a bit to get back to normal and if they had contacted to let me know it was out of stock I would have been fine. To actually send me tracking details for a non-existent parcel for non-existent stock in weird and makes me wonder why they are having to hang on to my money. Surely an email to explain the situation would be the right thing to do. Having read the reviews it is clear this is a regular practice. Worrying, annoying and just plain bad business practice. Ill be heading elsewhere in future.
