        severe lack of fee transparency, If it is charged by time then there should be a stopwatch. No indication of material costs before appointment. Severe lack of communication, slow/no responses. questionable suggestions of 'large works required' for what are actually easy fixes. Appears competitive but is in fact just like the rest, only with lower transparency EDIT They have heard my concerns and responded appropriately
