We had the privilege of having the Concept Plumbing and heating team update our heating system and replace our boiler. Pat Harris, the owner was from the start, available and explained in detail what was needed to be done and what the costs would be. His team doing the work was outstanding. It was refreshing to see 3 tradesmen so passionate about their job. Tyler, Dan and Will were always punctual and willing to answer any question. They went above and beyond to ensure the job gets done, even staying later on certain days. I would recommend Concept heat and plumbing to anybody and we will make use of their services in the future for other projects. They fit me in the next day over the busy Christmas period. They were on time, very friendly and explained what the issue was. They came prepared with a new part and fitted it promptly. Very happy with the service received. Highly recommend them Service: Toilet repair
