The one feature I noticed was the big sliding gate upstand it being on a timer for security of the park at night Unlike a lot of parks do not care they seem to let anyone in

After looking at many residential parks this was by far the best of them all.
There are so many walks around the area and Caistor is lovely.
Trish the site manger is very friendly and helpful and played a big part in finding us our dream home.
I would highly recommend Wolds Retreat
