Questionable, scrappy, sloppy and lazy workmanship, zero accountability, a thousand excuses, smoke and mirrors, if you want a straight answer to a simple question its like speaking to a group of politicians. Many people on the estate feel like mugs and would never deal with Cannon Kirk again for a reason.

So as you would expect, we have some snags in our new home. We are 10 months in and still waiting for the company to resolve issues. They seem very short staffed and full of excuses. They didnt fit our utility right and didnt leave enough space for our washer and dryer. They have made some alterations including making cupboards smaller (they have compensated in giving additional upper units) and turned sink around so it sits wrong way. The time it has taken them to resolve this is unacceptable and its still not finished. Last week we had the excuse they couldnt come due to fuel, when no area actually run out in the country. They said will come any day next week we asked for Tuesday after altering our arrangements only to be told sorry we have workforce issues cant make Tuesday. Excuse after excuse, 10 months after moving in so frustrated isnt the word. Also when they turned sink around the pipes underneath had been bent and forced into place only for us to find water everywhere that day. We still have other snags not been sorted, its not acceptable.
