Surprising foodie destination hotel! Loved the service (not quite as polished as London, but refreshing for Norfolk), the decor (the country house you wish you owned), the food (interesting menu thats difficultto choose from for all the right reasons). But would absolutely changed the tables (the attempt at shabby chic just looks - and more importantly, feels - shabby). Looking forward to the 'taster menu only' restaurant opening soon.
