!!!!beware!!!! Where do I start with Lionel owner. My mother (63) bought a chalet off him over 4 years ago,after many many months of trying to get the ownership into to my mother's name we kind of nearly give up trying.... Loads of calls emails and solicitors he even blocked our numbers so we couldn't contact him came to the point where my mother nearly had a break down over his lack of communication,after me taking over try to sort it out for my mum when I finally did get in contact with him was only told this has got nothing to do with me it's my mother's problem ( bulley ) he hung up the phone on many of occasions even blocked my number and wouldn't pick up his office phone... After finally getting the chalet in my mums name ( 4 years later ) and thinking that's was the end of it she got a court letter saying she had to attend court over Money she owed Lionel for site fess for the left over months after she purchased the chalet.. If he had have done the sale propley he would have had his fees refunded and mother would have been charged for the left over months of the site fees... So the day of court 28/3/18 my mother (63) had to travel half way across London to be at court at 10am worried with sick not been eating or sleeping while all this has been going on leading up to today guess what Lionel didn't even turn up.. When I called him to ask why he didn't turn up for court this morning was told this has got nothing to-do with me it's my mother problem no sorry mate this has all to do with me I'm her son and she has asked for my help ( man's just a bully) If this is how this man does his conducts his business wow I would highly recommend that you steer well clear of any sales/rents of this man mr Lionel Knights he nothing but a bully and trys to intimidate his buyers with long drawn out business.... !!!! Beware !!!!
