Me Michelle and Dexter have been coming here for 3 years now. Jackie and Courtney are brilliant. We're always happy with our cuts and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Absolute rip off. Very disappointed and upset! Had hair done with another hairdresser but did a poor job, I got quoted 17 - 20 on the phone by the hairdresser/owner. Got there and she said I had to have it washed, I shew her the styles I liked, she agreed she could do it. Half way through my cut she said this is not an easy style with the thickness, soft hair, she just kept coming up with excuses. I said how much is this going to cost then? she said 35!! I said I can't afford that as you quoted 17-20. I then said ok I will leave and not have my hair finished off but she refused to let me out of the shop with only half of my hair done, (my hair, my choice) I said I'd get someone else to finish it then, She said no I'm not letting you go with it like that, She has charged me 25 today and owe her the 10 another time. I'm losing faith in hairdressers, thinking not to have my hair done ever again.

I said how much is this going to cost then? she said 35, Should be 40. If I knew iI was full restyle (which it wasn't, again excuses) I said I can't afford that, as you quoted 17-20 on the phone.. I then said ok I will leave and not have my hair finished off but she refused to let me out of the shop by stating I can't let you go with your hair not finished, (my hair, my choice) I said I'd get someone else to finish it then, She said no I'm not letting you go with it like that, still not quite happy with the end result. I'm losing faith in hairdressers. She even forgot to cut my fringe. I won't return. thinking not to have my hair done ever again. My friend just said to me no wonder she's packing up shop for retirement if she's ripping customers off.
