I waited 2 weeks to receive the tag ordered, after 2 emails and 1 answer phone message. I had a refund.. But only part of the money they took for the tag... BEWARE... also they have removed the review, l left on there so called web site!!

Received the incorrect tag. I had ordered a round tag but was sent the bone shaped tag instead. After trying to contact the shop on 3 occasions I have had no response to rectify this error. Also the delivery name was written on the package and was incorrect. Which is not very professional. It worried me that if they have my name incorrect on the package then the engraving would be incorrect. Luckily it was all correct. Have given a 2 star rating as the engraving and the tag are good quality but communication from the seller has been very disappointing.

Do not order from this company. They take money from your account and do not deliver the order.
