Quoted 15 to replace a 2032 battery in an Audi keyfob, of which x2 needed replacing. I questioned the cost of labour for which the reply was "it'll take me about 15 minutes to do." 1 minute it took to change both keys yet when I questioned the labour charge afterwards, it was justified by being cheaper than main dealer. I would have expected anyone with integrity to reduce that fee as unjustified.
