These last few months have been absolutely awful. I am disabled and I am on a lot of medication including (Morphine). I have been on oxycontin for years and last month I went to get my prescription during my work break because i hadnt received a text to say it had been done yet and i only had 1 tablet left and it was Friday.(I put my prescription in with 10 days notice woth my GP) I was told its not Been done as its a large prescription so we put it at the back of the pile so can you come back in a couple of hours. So I went back on my 2nd work break to be told we have no medication for you which I can't not just not take it. I need it for chronic pain management and I am addicted as I have been on these for many years and missing 1 tablet causes a severe reaction to the extent I would rather not be here.. I am disabled and work full time so I then had to call work and travel to 7 pharmacy's until I was able to get hold of a few tablets to carry me over the weekend till they could order more in. (8 miles away -16miles round trip) if it wasn't for my family ring around I am not sure what would have happened other than being admitted to hospital.. This month I put my prescription in again and I've called and called and called and no-one is picking up . I have a day and a half left now and I scared.. I don't know what to do because they are not answering the phone at all... I need to see if its been done to collect..

The staff right now are great. Helpful when needed. Another of the staff, well all the staff don't stay in the job for longer than a year. One Christmas the pharmacist didn't turn up for work so there was no one to give out the medication so had no medication over Christmas then asked why I'd not picked up my medication earlier

I have had a few teething problems here but all in all they are great. People have to remember that this store can be so busy the staff dont have time to answer the phone. If I have a question I ask and normally get a proper answer. Luke, the manager has gone above and beyond for me and I really appreciate that. Thanks guys.

So professional, polite and welcoming staff. I have just recently changed my pharmacy for that very reason. Always have my prescriptions ready when expected rather than substantial delays at other local pharmacies which often leads to a back and forth conversation between me, the GP and the pharmacy. Your staff are a credit to the Well brand name. Thank you!
