Trying to get hold of customer services is impossible all I want is to speak to someone

I come here out of desperation and decided to leave a review to help other people with the appalling customer service of Medela uk. I bought a swing flex double pump 14 jan 2023. It was delivered by ups 19th January. This weekend a red light flashed whilst pumping and then the pump stopped working. I thought it was the battery so started to charge it. After 2 hours of charging the charging light is still flashing green and the pump is not switching on. I rely on this pump for my new born. I spent the whole day on the 23rd calling customer service no luck I sent 5 emails no response. Medela Instagram page uk read me msg and didnt respond. What a very bad way to treat their customer. I am now 165 out of pocket with no working pump and no money to buy a replacement whilst I struggle to feed my new born who cant latch onto my breast. To say I am disappointed is an understatement I do not recommend you buy their products especially with a non responsive customer service team. I have had to go to the bank who advised me to send the product back and provide tracking number so that I can dispute the payment and get my money back within 2 week this is the only way since I cant get hold it Medela customer service and they aint responding to me.

Ordered for next day delivery - urgent to establish supply. UPS delivery then totally failed and next day (Friday) became a Monday at the earliest delivery with not a lot of consideration from UPS that this was medical equipment needed for establishing feeding However - Chris from Medela was really helpful with multiple calls to ups and after it became clear ups werent going to provide the service they had committed to Chris organised a delivery within 2 hours from a pharmacy in central london to our house. Great customer service from Medela - however think they need to change their courier to one who actually cares about people (UPS are terrible!)

Medela need to stop using UPS for their delivery service. My order was urgent and it didn't turn up on the next day delivery. Seems to be a consistent theme on the other reviews

The only reason this review is not one star is because the products appear to work reasonably well... whenever you can get them. I ordered on a Thursday around midday, hoping for same day dispatch (for which there were plenty of hours left in the day), but expecting that it might not happen until Friday. Got a notification from UPS that delivery was scheduled for Monday. Monday comes and UPS notify me that they've not even received my order from Medela, so I try to call Medela and nobody is answering the phone (I called many times!). Sent them an email and no response. They'll take your money but good luck getting a product out of them.
