I have lived in the area for 13 years and have always felt safe eating here. I have a life-threatening allergy, which has resulted in me being placed in comas previously. The man I usually deal with has always advised me to call early so they can make me a curry without the ingredient that im allergic to. I've always paid the extra but was worth it. Tonight, I've called to order a curry, and they have refused to serve me, which is quite upsetting. They said everything is pre made, and my allergy is their main ingredient. I said I've eaten there for years and asked if they were refusing to serve me. He said yes, we are refusing to serve you. I advised that this was discriminatory and quite upsetting given the money I've spent with them over the year's, and because I know they are able to accommodate me. They always have. So whether this is a different manager, I'm not sure. But it's upsetting and rude. There are many restaurants around cadishead that will accommodate, so I'm not short of places to eat. But this tells me that fresh is no longer their moto, neither is customer service. I've managed to get tea from elsewhere tonight and I'll not be bringing family to dine again. Parking: No parking
