Antonelli Bros Ltd

Today I experienced a fantastic course at Antonelli called 'So you want to make gelato'. The course structure was spot on, the content was very interesting and above all, Jonny Ireland was a brilliant host. His humour and knowledge made it easy to understand, enjoyable and a memorable experience. Marie, his assistant, was so sweet too. Getting to see how gelato is made in different types of machinery was great. Even more so because we were able to taste the goodies! A nice atmosphere at the academy and the group I was with were lovely. Mark Antonelli popped in to say hi too! I highly recommend their course and product offerings. Look forward to my next visit soon to learn more about the ice cream industry and starting a business.

Where to start we have been using these guys for cones the past couple of years and have made them our sole supplier for cones this year, why I hear you ask!? Because they are the best cone supplier in the UK, possibly further but the UK is where Im from. Ive been chatting with Johnny from Antonelli for a while now, trying to organise an opportunity to attend their incredible ice cream course, and we just havent been able to get to Manchester until now. Finally we were able to make it work whilst visiting the Lake District on holiday and we are SO glad we did! This was probably one of the best Pop Ice days we have had to date! Johnny was incredible, friendly and so informative. He dedicated his day to us teaching us the basics and more advanced techniques of making ice cream. During the day we chatted about everything ice cream, then had a lovely lunch which was so kind of them to supply. Whilst eating lunch Mark and David Antonelli popped in, and introduced themselves and chatted to us, which was a really lovely touch to proceedings. The day then culminated in making some incredible ice cream flavours and sampling some of Johnnys expertise and hard work. The entire day was amazing from start to finish, they all took so much time to make us feel like a valued and important customer, which is so rare in this day and age. They solidified an already solid relationship we had with them. We will look forward to working with them in the future and increasing the strength of our relationship and in turn a friendship.

This training was excellent; informative, inspirational and affordable giving balanced content as outlined in the advert. The trainer was comprehensive and the staff were extremely welcoming and very accommodating to me as a mother with family responsibilities; truly this is a family business. Attending the course with others in the industry was excellent and added much value. Gaining insights from established, growing and dreaming people in the industry made the overall experience exceptional. I would recommend it. The only down side is that you can't eat as much ice cream as you may like :-) but perhaps that is better for the waist line!

What an amazing experience . Training and eating ice cream all day ! What more can a person ask for . On a serious note Johnny , Tom and Sams knowledge was shared with the group whilst delivered in a manner that made the course fun , interactive and Informative . Look forward to working with you all in the future .
