Enquiry dealt with very prompt and finance proposal was received quick, basic error on finance document (email address incorrect) to which I have been assured the dealer has amended?, also initial problem with electronic signature which was sorted promptly, vehicle delivered quick but had issues, I followed the procedure on delivery and recorded a stone chip on the bonnet, marks on the passenger seat, front passenger plastic wheel arch trim had white scuff marks, I asked all of this to be recorded and the driver showed me that it was recorded on the PDA, however after raising this with FleetPrices this has not been recorded on the delivery note, very unprofessional that the delivery agent seems to have doctored the document, I contacted the delivery driver after receiving the delivery note to query who confirmed again he recorded it and contacted his office and spoke with the big boss man to query and reiterated these were discussed and listed, I have been asked to supply photos and this is still being investigated by Rochelle, disappointing FleetPrices seem to doubt me, beware of delivery agent MSL logistics.
