I've known Tony for 8 years upon completing my catering qualifications and starting my first ever position as a Chef. His level of support, knowledge, passion, experience and dedication lead me to be where I am today and I will forever be grateful. 8 years on we still keep regular communication throughout the years since working together and go to him for any advice in relation to the industry knowing he'll always guide me the best he can or send me in the direction needed. Would highly recommend and can assure you'll be in great hands!

Really couldnt recommend Tony enough. His wealth and depth of knowledge is just amazing and almost addictive! He has advised me on so many areas around food, nutrition & training.
