I used Annie for my first Ultra Training plan and coaching. She created amazing bespoke plans that suited my schedule. We met once a week for speed and hills sessions and she taught me so much about how to train well, do fun things with speed training and get the most out of each run you do. I built so much endurance up during my time with Annie and got my PB on a 5k. Completed my first ultra and was happy with my performance. Wouldnt hesitate to use Annie again for my plans or one on one coaching.

I have been coached by Annie for the last 12 months and cannot recommend her enough. We set my 2021 goal and interim milestones back in January 21. Annie has provided monthly timetables to provide structure to my training and then through 1:1 sessions has monitored my progress, advising where necessary on improvements. I have met my 2021 goal and now planning for 2022!

Annie at At pace coaching services writes a 6 weekly training plan for my daughter (12) it helps her focus on her training days and knows her rest days Annie also coaches Millie twice a week in group sessions and is a fantastic coach and very encouraging to my daughter, helping her focus on her goals. Annie also provides sports massage services to my daughter, this helped her massively when she was suffering with severs ( heel pain caused by growth). I would definitely recommend At Pace to anyone wanting to improve as a runner or anyone who requires sports massage services or both!

After pulling my hamstring from a old sports injury I went to visit Annie a sports therapist on the recommendation of a work colleague she took a full detailed history of my injury and observed how I moved she started work on my rehab and tried different methods to see what would work best on my body she also gave me exercises to do within a few weeks my condition had improved Previous to this I had six months of pain I am now more aware on how to prevent this type of injury happening again I am most encouraged I shall continue to put myself in Annies capable hands
