RTT Insourcing

I would of loved to give the company 5 stars but unfortunately since joining then over a month ago, I have had nothing but problems such as not been paid at all and then told some story that the hospital pays directly to the umbrella company and Id have to wait for payment ! Also accommodation wasnt booked out long enough and I was woken by a cleaner trying to kick me out after a night shift . Not enough shifts , no cancellation fee when the hospital cancels 2 hours before commencing of shift . Not been paid the agreed hourly rate from signing up and after advising that I havent been paid right they then promised this would be sorted out and previous shifts would be reimbursed at agreed hourly rate but still not paid . Im owed a difference of 8 hourly for 4 shifts . Do they care ???

Lovely agency to work for. Very well looked after by the Shift Co-ordinators. Work arranged quickly and in advance by RTT. Very friendly agency to work for and get you regular work in your desired area and speciality. I highly recommend them. Good above the average rates of pay. Always paid promptly and on time. Adam my consultant I've worked with for a few years now. He's absolutely brillant. Highly recommend.
