I cant recommend these lot enough! Kyle reached out to me and was the first person who has ever contacted me about a relevant role. I was then speaking to Kyle and Mike about roles they had for me. These lot work with the big companies and know what theyre talking about! I was then dealing with Mike who is just incredible and has been such an emotional support for me through a very stressful time, over many weeks, at pretty much any time of the day and night! Cannot thank them enough and Ive never known such a good service! 10/10!

Mike was excellent at managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and provided me a brilliant candidate experience with consistently high levels of service and communicates in an effective and considerate manner. Mike listens to your needs, he understands how to manage the process and sources the right opportunities that suit your career ambitions and work experience. I originally applied for one job and shortly afterwards i was contacted by Kyle Peak, we had a great first conversation and soon after he had got me initial contact or interviews with 6 companies and potential jobs. Throughout the whole process Kyle has been more than helpful with interview tips and being there for any questions I had. Within the space of a week I got two job offers and 3 potentials! I am more than grateful to Kyle and I couldnt recommend him enough!

Earlier in the year I was reached out to be RecruitFit and the wonderful team there regarding potential job opportunities and career progression opportunities for me, fast forward a couple months and I made the decision to go forward with looking for a role in Recruitment where Mike Bolton helped set up interviews and assisted the process every step of the way, day or night. He went above and beyond to set up some interviews and help generate 2 offers from two great companies, one of which I have now accepted and couldn't be more excited to start! There was never a moment where I questioned Mike's work ethic or passion to help me progress with the application processes, and you can really tell he is a testament to the great work done at RecruitFit! Having been a part of RecruitFit since 2017, from an employee's perspective I can honestly say RecruitFit are supportive, fun, and have clear strategy around business growth and long-term partnerships with clients. We have seen a lot happen since 2017 and the office has always remained super friendly, dynamic, and a place I never thoughts would exist for working life. Great job everyone!
