Impulse Personal Training

I would definatly recomend Impulse Personal Training. They have a friendly and knowledgeable team. I have always struggled with keeping motivated when it comes to dieting and exercise, but having both one to one and buddy sessions has really kept me going. I have had back problems for years, but the training sessions always accomodate this, and I have felt a noticeable improvement. I am continuing to loose weight and feel so much better in general.

Fantastic set up by two professionals. Their extensive knowledge allowed for individual programmes accommodating a shoulder injury which had limited my gym workouts for years. Their extensive workout range allowed me to push for new targets. Can't rate these guys high enough.

Ive tried loads of ways of slimming down and toning up, Ive joined gyms and spent hours on cross trainers and treadmills with no results. Anthony's workout is the only one that has worked for me. I always feel my fitness improving as well as the scales showing results. I would highly recommend Impulse Personal Training for anyone who is not only looking to lose weight but for everyone who wants to have somebody personally dedicated to helping you achieve your goals. I have never been this low in weight and have much more confidence in my fitness.

I've been training with Impulse for 2 months now and although it pains me to say it, I'm enjoying it a lot! The PT's are great, the studio is well equipped to a high standard and every workout is different so keeps me on my toes! I'm being introduced to new techniques and challenges every week and I've seen a positive change in my mindset, body, strength and confidence already! Can't recommend enough! :)
