had my 2 free classes and have now enrolled permanently, very good instructor would recommend anyone thinking of learning self defence to give it a go, nothing to lose. *****

I started Wing Tjun about two months not knowing much about it but I am really enjoying the classes as it is very varied which keep it interesting and I am motivated to learn more about it. You don't have to be ' fit ' to do it and I can already see the benefits of exercise, self defence, confidence and self care ! It's also a massive benefit to have a good teacher.. Ian's aspiration to teach and encourage others shows in his style of teaching and what he has himself learnt over the years.
