Butterfly Funerals

Butterfly funerals handled my mum's funeral, at her request and I cannot fault the staff in any way. Whether it was multiple calls when there were delays with the coroners, or just to have a talk, they were there. Myself and our family are eternally grateful for them and the genuine compassion and overal service provided. They made the hardest day of our lives a little easier, and for that we are truly thankful!

I honestly can't put into words or begin to express how greatful I am for this beautiful, loving and caring team of amazing people. They took the best care of my mother she looked absolutely beautiful and they all went above and beyond to make my mothers day amazing. They treated my mother with so much love and so much care as if she was their own. Truly, truly beautiful people. I highly recommend this place for your loved ones. Butterly funerals are amazing. From the moment I picked up the phone they helped me to feel at ease and made the load feel much lighter. Never had we had to plan a funeral before. Each member of staff there knows you when you pick up the phone and you need not explain anything. They take the time for you and they really work from their hearts. Not for money. They are truly amazing and made my mums funeral beautiful. We feel blessed to have found them. The celebrant Paula whom they passed us onto was absolutely amazing too. They made her send of so special and made us feel so at home. A real family feel which is what we all need in times of grief. Compassion beyond words. Thank you Butterflys. What an excellent service from start to finish! The whole Team are just so supportive, kind caring and understanding at your time of loss and even an after call just to see how you are. 100 % recommended this family service.
