        After a few issues when we first signed up about 18 months ago, have never has a problem speaking to or seeing someone. Receptionists usually very helpful and sympathetic.

        Terrible service. Gave me a telephone appointment then rang and said the doctor needed to see me. Gave me 2 hours notice and because I was at work i couldnt get away for appointment Said could i have a appointment later or another day was told no.
